Designation Requirements:
- Take ABR course
- Take 1 ABR elective course (the SRS offered October 2019 and PSA offered August & November 2019 are an elective!)
- Present 5 completed & verified transactions as a buyer's agent within 36 months of course.
- Be a member in good standing with NAR & REBAC

SAVE THE DATE! Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification will be May 6th & 7th and Marketing Lead Generation certification will be October 20th. RENE will satisfy the ABR elective requirement.
