This course provides a comprehensive overview of all customary clauses that may typically be included in the Purchase and Sale (P&S) agreement for residential transactions. The P7S may include any additional clauses as agreed upon between the parties. It is important to recognize many clauses may be worded to benefit either Buyer or Seller.
