High Performance, Green Homes in Residential RE (RE86R14)
This NEW CLASS , taught by its creator, discusses how the value chain of real estate relates to the proper valuation of more efficient homes. There will be a deeper focus on building ratings and certifications such as ENERGY STAR®, LEED, and a Mass Save® pilot program called Home MPG. Includes a highlight of legislations and incentives to fund energy efficiency improvements, renewable energy, and sustainable design in MA to give context to where the market is heading.
