A contract is a voluntary, legally enforceable promise between two competent to perform (or not to perform) parties some legal act in exchange for consideration. During this class learn the different types of contracts used during the real estate transaction and the technicalities that come along with them. The more you understand, the better you can control the liability you may find yourself holding.
