DescriptionLocationInstructors Course description: This class will include a review of the types of value (market, foreclosure, liquidation, going concern, etc), the appraisal process and conformity with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), the appraiser's role in understanding supply and demand with respect to the current area economic conditions, analyzing the three types of value (Sales, Cost & Income), understanding the currently changed requirements of Fannie-Mae and Freddie Mac with respect to the new Market Conditions Report and the HVCC (Home Valuation Code of Conduct) and how the real estate agent and appraiser can assist each other.
