Register for both financial wellness classes and save!  Register for one class for $15 or both classes for $20. Use this registration to register for both of the following classes - 

We build wealth by maximizing our net worth but we can't grow what we can't measure. Every financial decision we make has an effect on our net worth and we should know how our well-being is affected by our purchases and investments. Organizing our financial lives properly goes a long way in enabling us to easily access the right information for accurate decision making. Setting goals, measuring current net worth and making the right investments is the best way to maximize our money and our life. In this class you will learn how to:
  • Organize your finances and build a net worth statement
  • Update your net worth statement with every financial event
  • Maximize your net worth with smart investments
  • Set the right net worth goals for you
  • Achieve financial freedom by growing your net worth

CLASS TWO (11:15am-12:15pm): The Road to Financial Freedom: Profit and Prosper
Real estate agents build wealth by investing their profit. The more profit you earn, the bigger chance you have to achieve financial freedom. Agents should not only be able to measure their past profit but forecast their future profit. This class will teach you how to construct a financial forecast that will help you execute your growth plan and achieve your financial goals. In this class you'll learn how to:
  • Set up your financials to enable profit tracking
  • Build a financial model for your business
  • Identify and make the right assumptions for a forecast model
  • Create a financial forecast based on current profitability metrics
  • Use the forecast to accelerate growth


*This class is being offered as a hybrid class. At registration you will have the option to register to attend in person in the NSR classroom or via a live stream of the class via Zoom. The registration fee for in-person or virtual attendance is the same. NSR staff will monitor the chat box and assist with getting all of the virtual attendees' questions answered during the class.*
