In the 2-day course you will learn to articulate a value proposition, understand the legality of buyer-agent relationship, and the importance of real estate contracts in relation to compensation. The course also covers the goals of a buyer consultation and how to prepare for the meeting. Learn to conduct a buyer consultation that leads to a signed buyer representation agreement and win buyer loyalty. Other topics include:
Engage active listening strategies.
Educating your Buyer Clients on the offer & negotiating process.
Assisting Clients with formulating an informed and competitive offer based on valuation tools.
Walk your clients through the contract contingencies, mortgage, home inspection and appraisal process.
Apply troubleshooting scripts in business dealings.
Utilize pro tips to ensure consistent results and success.

- Take ABR course
- Take 1 ABR elective course
- Present 5 completed & verified transactions as a buyer's agent within 36 months of course.
- Be a member in good standing with NAR & REBAC
