Sell your clients' home for the additional 3-5%, identify the smart home your buyers are looking for, and educate yourself & clients on the risks of smart home technology. All this and more at the June Event! Education presentations (9am-12pm): Nobu Hata, NAR Director of Member Engagement Smart Home Tech Panel Smart Home Risk Reduction Panel Networking and hands-on experience: Grow your network at the NSAR Expo with over 40 real estate industry exhibitors. Expo opens at 8am with an additional expo break during the event. New this year! Learning Lab: following the education portion of the event, have a hands-on experience with the technology discussed throughout the day. A one-on-one experience to get your questions answered. (12pm-1pm) Give Back: Build a Bed Project (12:30pm-2:30pm) Teams of 4 will work together to build 10 beds for North Shore children experiencing housing insecurity or emerging from homelessness. No experience necessary, all are welcome! Instruction and tools will be provided. There is no cost to participate, however, space is limited. Advanced registration as an office team or individual is required. Lunch provided for participants. Attention brokers! Additional beds are available to be sponsored by an office for $300.
