This class will focus on using Pinergy's CMA Tool to perform a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for a property and how to customize its final CMA package. We also will become familiar with Pinergy's Market Reports.

*Attending both "Getting Started: Searching the System" and "Moving Forward" prior to attending this class is strongly encouraged.
