This course is a general overview of the practices of Designated Agency. Learn to identify the appointing agent, relationships amongst agents in the same office and relationships with the consumer. The required forms and disclosures will be reviewed and best practices for the timing of their use will be discussed. Risk and responsibilities will be identified.
