SRES® - Seniors Real Estate Specialist

The SRES® Designation requires the completion of a two-day course and exam. During this two-day designation course you will learn new information for an emerging area of specialty. This designation program focuses on the needs and concerns of Senior buyers and sellers. the SRES® is recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® and has over 13,000 members across the United States.

Tuition for this course also includes: Placement on the SRES® website, First year of SRES® member dues ($99 value), 2 CEs for 1031 Exchanges (RE23RC07), and 2 CEs for Leisure Homes, Second Homes, and Age Restricted Housing (RE55R06).The SRES® designation also counts as one elective course to be applied towards the ABR® Designation and/or as one elective course to be applied towards the RSPS Certification.
